HOW IT WORKS
The path from a Manila ward to a German hospital.

Six clear steps. You always know where you stand and what comes next. Most nurses go from first application to starting work in Germany in six to twelve months.

1
Create your free profile

Add your PRC license, specialty, and experience. It is free, takes about fifteen minutes, and puts you in front of hiring hospitals.

2
Get verified

We confirm your credentials and references so hospitals see a profile they can trust from the first look.

3
Learn German

Follow a structured, healthcare-focused pathway from beginner toward Goethe-certified B2, the level German wards expect.

4
Match with a hospital

Interview with hospitals that fit your specialty, city, and goals. You decide where to go, and you see pay and contract up front.

5
Recognition and visa

We guide your qualification recognition (Anerkennung) with the responsible German state authority and your Skilled Immigration Act visa, step by step.

6
Arrive and start

Flights and first-weeks housing are arranged. You begin work with onboarding support, and your advisor stays in touch.

How long does it take?

The typical timeline is six to twelve months from first application to your first shift in Germany. The two biggest variables are how quickly you progress in German and how fast recognition and the visa are processed.

What does it cost a nurse?

Nothing. Roger Care is free for nurses and never charges placement fees, in line with the ethical standards of the Philippine Department of Migrant Workers. Hospitals pay for placement services.

What you need to start
  • A valid PRC nursing license
  • Clinical experience as a registered nurse
  • Willingness to reach German B2
