1. Data we collect

Profile details you provide (name, contact, license, specialty, experience), and standard website analytics.

2. Why we use it

To match nurses with hospitals, support recognition and visa steps, and improve our services. We do not sell personal data.

3. Legal bases

We process data on the basis of your consent and to perform the services you request, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

4. Sharing

We share candidate details with hospitals only with your knowledge as part of the matching process, and with authorities where required for recognition and visas.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to privacy@rogercare.de.

6. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the service or as required by law.

7. Who is responsible (controller)

The controller for data processing on this website is Roger Care GmbH, [address], Germany. Contact: privacy@rogercare.de. Where required under § 38 BDSG, a Data Protection Officer will be appointed and named here.

8. International data transfers

Because we connect nurses in the Philippines with hospitals in Germany, personal data may be transferred between the EU and the Philippines. The Philippines is not covered by an EU adequacy decision, so such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR (EU Standard Contractual Clauses) together with a transfer impact assessment. Processing in the Philippines also follows the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

9. Cookies and consent

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site (for example to remember your language choice). Non-essential cookies or tracking are only set with your prior consent in line with § 25 TDDDG, which you can give or withdraw at any time through the cookie banner.

10. Your right to complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the authority responsible for the federal state in which Roger Care GmbH is based.
